you're just getting specific now, i just thought the basic idea of being able to repetitively deal decent dmg based on your e-management adeptness would be cool, you could reduce it to 0-2 or put a cap of like 100 on it if it really matters to you so much Smile

mesmer: domination magic: elite hex spell of ultimate sweetness: For 5 seconds, the next time target foe is the target of a spell, that foe takes 70ish dmg: aside from the obvious use of this skill to amplify spell dmg, think of its potential as a finishing move, if you've brought someone down low enough and a monk casts a spell on them, this skill will dmg them before the healing takes effect, killing them; even if it doesn't kill them, it will negate a large amount of healing

Dark percing light

For 2...20 seconds target ally's attack will always do double dmg on some1 with Shadow Form, and target ally's attack will only have a 75%.....15% of missing against Shadow Form.(same idea for spells, too lazy to type it up)

Pissed me off one day in HA when the other team kept shadow form up forever and they just stand there
