Obsession #1

1. W/A Finisher

Final Thrust
Sun and Moon Slash
Hundred Blades[e]
Death’s Charge
Frenzy
Rush
Healing Signet
Res Signet

finish anyone off with 50% less health with final thrust. The death's charge is extremely helpful to a) surprise enemy and b) get to enemy easily. Such occasions could be if #2 is calling his spike assit by if near just run or if far use deaths charge.

2.W/mo Devastating hammer

Devastating Hammer[e]
Crushing Blow
Fierce Hammer
Protectors strike
Frenzy
Rush
Healing Signet
Res Signet

Call Spike to tell allies to attack target. Put alot of pressure on enemies

3.Me/N Chaos

E-burn
Blackout
Diversion
Shatter enchant
Drain Enchant
Expel Hexes[e]
Spirit of Failure
Res signet

Assist Spike called if possible using Shatter or drain enchant + e-burn

4. N/e Tainted wards

Tainted Flesh[e]
Price of Failure
Ward Vs Melee
Ward Vs foes
Gale
Faintheartedness
Rotting Flesh
Res Signet

Use wards when needed, make sure tainted flesh is ALWAYS ON, and spam price of failure + Faintheardness whenever possible. Use rotting flesh on a big group to spread dps and pressure, and use gale if needed for a) interrupt or b) assist

5.Mo/me B-Light

General

6. Boon prot

7. Flag runner E/mo Ice

Ice Spikes
Deep Freeze
Armor of Mist
Ether Prodigy
Blurred Vision
Heal Party
Extinguish
Res signet

Basic runner. Use hp and extin to asssist heal. Armor to run. Deep freeze + ice spikes to snare or if in area, assist spike. Use blurred vision as much as possible also to help damage control.

8. Crippler assist r/w

Crippling Shot[e]
Apply Poison
Debiliating Shot
Savage Shot
Distracting Shot
“watch Youself”
Whirling Defense
Res signet

Spread poisen on EVERYONE, debiliate monks or enemies that are good targets. Cripple wars or use to assist our wars. Savage+ distract any enemy that it can be used againts(especially if there is a hp air ele, itnerrupt hp and orb) Watch yourself whenever u have it, especially if u can use it near allies being targeted by wars.

* also is ganker, go behind base-kill archers and pull npcs and kill ez, whirling defense is if u get caught between 2 points

won't it be better if you take frenzy off and put mending or tiger stance in its place? cause i have a tank and i know how FAST it is to die with frenzy, especially when you are going 1 to 2 or 3, you take double damage, say a sword hit you with 14 dmg, but the frenzy will convert that 14 dmg into 28 dmg! and that's only using a sword, no skills involved.
i guess you can use rush to cancel frenzy....but it costs 4 adrenaline, and this is a adre. heavy build so i won't advertise using frenzy and rush together.....but again my pvp experience is little and you have been actually pvping(no ab!) for a while......

I agree with everything about Shadow's post except mending lol. but anyways skye made this in october so i think this got nerfed lol...

i think most warrior who decide to use frenzy are using dash as their cancel stance b/c of its short recharge.

i dunno if they use it in ra but i've seen it a couple times in gvg but that may be awhile ago now too =/

Does it really matter if you use an adrenaline skill as a cancel stance in an adrenaline heavy build as adrenaline for each skill is seperate, and you'll actually gain more adrenaline if you get hit once while in frenzy?

yeah but the thing is.....u get the SAME amount of adrenaline whether you use frenzy or not. simply put : u take more dmg and same adrenaline if you use frenzy.
but i dunno about the adrenaline for each skill.....haven't play my tank in a loong time.
but trust me: even in PVE tanks who use frenzy dies the fastest and the monk usually(90% of the time) won't rez them, since these tanks will put a HUGE(or medium, depend on where you are at) strand on the monks.

My ideas on playing warrior, which is why I don't play it a lot is:

If you are not in frenzy you are not doing as much damage as you can.

Things like Rush and Dash make good cancell stances.

Saying frenzy wars are terrible is a huge stereotype. Just because some PvE warriors think that their high armor makes them live forever, that doesnt mean that using frenzy is always bad. Any experienced war you ask will say that frenzy can be good when used in the right way. Also, if you're experienced with monk, then you realize all you need to do to solve this is 1) keep a close eye on the ADD warrior and 2) bring protective spirit if you just cant take it anymore.

but you need to be GOOD with frenzy though rabbit and ra, ta is a bad place to practice
though i farm with frenzy..... pirat too bad that i got too much flags now pale.......porke..........(that means why...)

no you don't, you get adrenaline for taking damage, you take more damage in frenzy, therefore you have more adrenaline and can use rush as a cancel stance

btw, i think since we're almost exclusively discussing frenzy now, we should move this to Tearz' skill discussion thread
